By prioritising reliability, energy efficiency, and low maintenance, our goal is to provide a solution that is not only sustainable but also practical and cost-effective for our customers.

Intrix One Tap Australia is part of the global Intrix Group, with a well-established presence across Southeast Asia and the UK. 

Founded in 2003, Intrix has built deep expertise in thermal and hydro technologies, and has since expanded its focus to HVAC, renewable energy, and advanced water purification — delivering trusted solutions for commercial projects and a global portfolio of top-tier clients.

In late 2022, the Intrix Group entered the residential market, with thousands of units now installed in homes across Malaysia, Macau, and the UK — and is now extending its growth into Australia.

Established in 2003, the fully Malaysian-owned Intrix Group, is one of the top hydro and thermal technology companies worldwide, with 18 patents to our name.With research and development at our core, our innovations have been commissioned for use at the 2012 London Olympic games; and for Sir Ranulph Fiennes Antarctica Traverse in 2013 (where they designed a hot water system for use at -90°C).

Over the past two decades, INTRIX group has been the vendor of choice for our pioneering solutions, high quality, and reliability. 65% of the group’s business is from the UK and the remaining in South East Asia, comprising three business segments namely exports, projects, and consumer products (Intrix Lifestyle).

Local clients include luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons, Hard Rock Hotel, Resort World Genting, and high-traffic F&B brands such as Chatime and Secret Recipe. We are also one of the strategic collaboration partners of Signature Kitchen.
