With a well-established presence in Southeast Asia and the UK, the Intrix Group has built a reputation as a trusted leader in HVAC, renewable energy, and water purification technologies, particularly in high-end projects such as luxury hotels, offices, and resorts.

Since launching in late 2022, Intrix One Tap has installed thousands of units across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UK. Now expanding into Australia in 2024, this success reflects the company’s ability to solve key issues faced by customers with traditional water filtration systems – providing a solution that meets both residential and commercial markets. With plans to expand its product range further, Intrix continues to evolve and meet emerging customer needs.

Established in 2003, the fully Malaysian-owned Intrix Group, is one of the top hydro and thermal technology companies worldwide, with 18 patents to our name.With research and development at our core, our innovations have been commissioned for use at the 2012 London Olympic games; and for Sir Ranulph Fiennes Antarctica Traverse in 2013 (where they designed a hot water system for use at -90°C).

Over the past two decades, INTRIX group has been the vendor of choice for our pioneering solutions, high quality, and reliability. 65% of the group’s business is from the UK and the remaining in South East Asia, comprising three business segments namely exports, projects, and consumer products (Intrix Lifestyle).

Local clients include luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons, Hard Rock Hotel, Resort World Genting, and high-traffic F&B brands such as Chatime and Secret Recipe. We are also one of the strategic collaboration partners of Signature Kitchen.
