Intrix’s journey began as engineering solutions consultants and designers in the thermal and hydro technology industry. Today, we are a group of disruptive engineers with the intrinsic dedication to fulfilling undiscovered needs.
While people often accept the many unsolved household application challenges, we solve problems you didn’t know you had. As we continue to expand our range of products, we have attained 18 patents over the last 20 years and served some of the biggest clients in UK and the world.

Established in 2003, the fully Malaysian-owned Intrix Group, is one of the top hydro and thermal technology companies worldwide, with 18 patents to our name.With research and development at our core, our innovations have been commissioned for use at the 2012 London Olympic games; and for Sir Ranulph Fiennes Antarctica Traverse in 2013 (where they designed a hot water system for use at -90°C).
Over the past two decades, INTRIX group has been the vendor of choice for our pioneering solutions, high quality, and reliability. 65% of the group’s business is from the UK and the remaining in South East Asia, comprising three business segments namely exports, projects, and consumer products (Intrix Lifestyle).
Local clients include luxury hotels such as the Four Seasons, Hard Rock Hotel, Resort World Genting, and high-traffic F&B brands such as Chatime and Secret Recipe. We are also one of the strategic collaboration partners of Signature Kitchen.
